Volunteer Requirements

To become a volunteer for the Shoes 4 Hope Donation Campaign, individuals must meet the following requirements:

General Requirements

Must be 18 years or older (Minors can participate with parental/guardian consent).
Should be passionate about helping underprivileged children and supporting community initiatives.
Must be willing to follow Shoes 4 Hope’s values of compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
Be available for at least one full donation event or contribute remotely where applicable.

Additional Requirements

Must attend a brief orientation or training session before participating in the campaign.
Be punctual and dependable during scheduled volunteer hours.
Maintain confidentiality where necessary, especially regarding children’s identities and personal situations.
Follow all safety and ethical guidelines set by Shoes 4 Hope.
Treat all recipients, fellow volunteers, and partners with respect and dignity.
Ability to assist with sorting, packing, and distributing donations (shoes, clothing, hygiene kits, school supplies, etc.).
Capable of engaging with children and the community in a respectful and friendly manner.
